We should all be able to jump in our cars, bike etc and roll smoothly down our desired paths.. But if things were that easy what lessons would we learn on our journey? We encounter obstacles just for that reason.. to learn, grow and share our life experiences.. some of us understand that and others repeatedly scrap their knees... although I'm not a repeat offender my road remains unpaved.. forced to deal with the everyday struggles of the pursuit of happiness.. Career, family and the most distant; love.. in this category I'm definitely a lost soul.. not knowing which path to take. The easy paved road that will eventually lead to misery... or the wooded path that overtime will lead to ecstasy.. there's no light, no guidance or map to assist.. just my internal compass that has seemed to have me traveling east when I should have been going west.. and has kept me down when the skies been the limit.. as my faith fades and my spirit burns I will continue to locate the paved road.. but at what cost??
