He was lonely
Moping
He had faith
But felt soulless
See his gf died a month ago
He ain't know what to do
Two weeks and he'd be 25
He wondered if he wanted life
Stopped going to school
It was no longer the move
Then he got a job
Fell to his knees
And prayed to GOD
Met a new lady her love
Healed his heartache
Somehow a light was coming on
In a dark place
Just a week ago
On his dresser
He had 30 pills
Thinking to himself
No one knows how he really feels
Inches from death
Started taking deep breaths
I was caught in a storm
My life was a big mess
I was my biggest threat
I lost everyone and everything and I was about be to next
LIKE WAIT
I know life ain't easy
Pain is all i feel
It even hurts when my heart beats
the Lord whispered in my ear
don't let anything stop me
HE GOT ME
