Everyone walk around with masks on..

It creates the illusion that we are all the same

We hide our feelings, wants, and needs

& settle for security instead of true happiness

We’re scared to be vulnerable instead we build guards

that block true love, opportunity, and creativity

Masks will only hide you from the world but

you’ll always know who you are…

I think it’s interesting that

We’re willing to torture ourselves to please others

But think it’s selfish to please ourselves..

We allow people to tell us what best for us

and we believe them because we can’t see their flaws

But if you remove their mask you’ll see scars

Nobody is perfect

Nobody has all the answers…

We’re scared to expose ourselves because we fear

being labeled as crazy or weird but

I challenge you to take off your mask,

if you don’t like what you see change it..

but only for you, no one else

True happiness come from within
