Today is the day I begin to see, the beauty that's hidden deep within me, stopping the focus on what and who society wants me to be.
Today is the day, I take back control, Don't counts me out, this is just now starting to unfold.
Today is the day, I yell out loud, " No more bull from those who don't matter" I am the one and only one who can make this situation better.
Today is the day, I take off the mask, to fully understand, it's ok to be hurt from the past, to be wounded like a soldier who's been shot several times, only to get back up and stare right into their eyes.
Today is the day, I begin to fight with all my might, being myself morning noon, and night, despite what others may think or see, I know I have to stand strong, I have to get this right.
Today is the day, I stop allowing others to pick and choose my mood, while I stand back allowing it, completely being fooled.
Today is the day, I will accept who I am, if you don't like it, I don't give a damn.
