He took me by the hand, pass the living room, pass the kitchen, to the bedroom mirror is his mission. "Pay attention and listen to me" As we both stood in front of the mirror. He whispered softly in my ear...A shiver ran down my spine, his hands entangled in mine. I waited patiently for him to speak, a moment later a kiss he placed upon my cheek. "Do you see what I see? No don't close your eyes, look into the mirror with me." I waited not wanting to look, he brushed my hair from my face " I said look with me" He gently placed his hand under my chin, lifting my head upward, forcing me to face, my moment of discomfort. "Can you see how beautiful you are to me? Bare, unmasked, flaws and all. Your beauty can't be matched." His arms wrapped around my waist, I took a deep breath ready and willing to embrace, the love and understanding that's written on his face.
