out of breath from being long winded wrote a letter forgot to send it went to the store forgot what I went for forgot the mask forgot we in a war can't call nobody no one's home can't get through I forgot everybody's online still listening to Earth wind & Fire to keep my head to sky we need Devotion only the clouds can tell us why Curtis Mayfield said add a little sugar in The Making Of You Gladys Knight said it too I go back to grasp onto a timeless piece to hold on to something to soothe the mood like star gazing to see what my life can truly be when things are looking down don't forget to hold your head up for all the world to see that sparkle in your eye and a great big expression of happiness
