was there ever a time when we were carefree no problem no worry no responsibility we came out the womb crying for what we need stuck with needles we felt pain the life for began to change as we found out more things how did we know to fear who taught us how to be scared who told our heart to beat fast when we had no past to connect us to the sudden feeling did we learn that fast were we that advance if it's all a dream then what happened in our sleep why do we believe it was so great then even if we were raised in a home that had a husband and a wife a good life does not change what the world is like was it free and easy then when we still trying to escape from being captured for trying to escape capture there's a lot more to care about than it was then but we still struggling from within
