personally I don't eat everybody's gumbo I don't know what the big deal is about it gumbo is like potato salad it's a right way and a wrong way to make it according everyone's taste if you ask me "don't ask me" I'm not a food critic and I don't do food reviews but what I do know about it is the secret is in the roux it takes time to brew it originated from the boot it's full of herbs and ingredients and if you ain't careful you could get a root put on you
