Changing views with light’s trajectory

Assured in my self righteous activity veracity
Blinded by memories in outcomes sustained
Giving the law of there is 2b nothing else
Vehemently I look down at waters reflection
As my glaring is rewarded back in recognition

Now the heir that is my defeat is clear
My savior was always out there listening
Unable to act, as new directions were uninvited
Lost in the heights of chosen realities ignited
So descend I do from this perch of illusion
Backtracking across my paths in hypothetical
Conclusions are now reached upon finishing
As the sands of time will erase my mindsets
