The thought of you brings me joy
The sound of your name brings me peace
Your presence forces mine enemies
To calm themselves
And their evil ways to cease.
This is the day I will glorify your name
As in it my tongue speaks,
Of the wondrous works you've done
And your blessings I desperately seek.
I call upon your name
When I'm angered and confused
When the temptations of the world
Adamantly refuse
To leave me be
No matter where I go,
Trying to cast me
As a star in Satan's show.
No, not this time
I tell them laughingly,
I belong to the most high God!
You can't have me!
And in that moment your light shines
With so much power,
I laugh, dance and reign in your shower.

From Heaven above.
