Throughout time your soul and all
In which you believe will be tested.
Probably more times than
We’ll want to count.
Even when the evidence presented
Before you seems factual.
Be not dismayed.
In the fight against evil you must
Harness the strength within
Regardless of your weakness.
You must summon the spirit inside
And prepare for the battle before you
It’s time to armor up. (Ephesians 6: 11-18)
The trumpets have sounded!
Reveal that unbreakable faith
Residing deep inside your soul
Regardless of the fear
Whose sole purpose it is
To overtake you.
Can you feel it?
That’s all you
Undeniable and true.
Fight with everything you have
Giving up is not an option.
Look to the hills from
Whence your help comes (Psalm 121).
You’re gonna be just fine.
Now look at the progress
Despite the regress.
You’ve sustained and survived
Regardless of obstacles and
Shortcomings.
Your steadfastness proved
Essential to your outcome.
What was once burdensome
Is no more.
Your heart is lighter,
Your mind is clearer.
Your worries are now wayside.
You’ve become a beacon of hope
For the hopeless,
A source of strength for the weak.
And in assessing the
Surrounding destruction,
Although battered and beaten,
You’re still here
Perpendicular to the parallel.
If there’s anything you
Retain from this experience
Never lose faith and trust
In the All Mighty.
He forever has our backs, (Isaiah 41:10)
Jesus will always be on our side
And we’ve got an army
Of angels around us
Ready for battle.
Keep strong faith my friends!
