Between ...space and time...
Where our souls are weighed
And our spirit signs... Shine...
We were given life, together...
By the grace ...of the creator...
Stardust poetry ...brought to life
We have been twice blessed,
In truth ...and light...
By celestial design...
Are given depth
by our suffering...
Or starved
...by our indifference
We became aligned...
To determine
Where in creation...
We would now
stand...
Wading amidst the sands
of the hourglass...
As man... ...and woman...
We walked together...
Sifting through the dust clouds
Which conceal the rift
When, in our communal path
Our connection ...divided...
Intentions ...changed...
Like an ill wind... Gradually
Overtaking ...our inclinations
And stealing our dreams
Our pathways began to shift...
And the course of our choices...
Deviated, from the design
...moment by moment, shifting
...further beyond our grasp...
Until... My path and your path...
...were no longer... United...
And by the creators gift...
We were... Once again lost...
Our affection receded...
Swallowed ...by the rift
between us...
Lost from love...
