Rear views are now clear views in looking
Once mirrors impose what is now and forever 2b
Blues are sipped passively undressing unflinchingly
Attesting to truth passing me past interludes collected
In wafts of smoke twirling my historical unabridged existence
Burning thru souls 2b passed on like take out menus, perused
Chivalry never died in vain from out my pain and its healing
Never fully realizing how victory could be bittersweet, yet relished
Weary from traveling over mountains just to defeat victory
This frame of mind, which was always pictured on walls reckoned
Passing by blessings, expecting the next big come up, affected
Wishing upon the waters of life rapidly swimming upstream
Extreme is this presence of leaving troubles per chance
To dance across this floor sweeping over every cracked tile
Never too tired to again, learn to dance anew from a muse
Whose guidance leads me off to vague shadows of promise
The vow will never be of question?
At least that is theory in sum, for accounting my number is One
To soldier on this journey, to battle, to gain and to lose and love
