my haters are not my enemies
they have always shown love
And interest in me
taking out time to get to
know me reading out loud
my great destiny
critiquing, downplaying
and upstaging me
I like the attention in no way
does it outrage me
it means the most to me
after all it is the way life’s
suppose to be
hatred rages from the heart
as long as I continue to succeed
Being who I am
from my haters I will never part
I always knew in life that I would
make more than a spark
because I was hated on from the start
so I say to you my haters with a smile
thank you from the depths
of my heart
If we’re going to hate
let us hate on things that matter
hating on a another person
only moves them farther up the latter
start a cause change some wrong
to right
stop being the snake that bites
