Bed too big

House too small

Silence is so loud

That I can hear the bugs crawl

A red door

In a yellow world

Finds me as a tree

Itching for my squirrel

The door knob

Swinging on a rope

Behind it’s door

Houses – my dreams and my hope

A dead raven

With a still – beating heart

Chirps the tempo – to my dance

To my stance – as I default – my start

Run with me if you will

Stop when you learn – where you are

Tell no one – the pain of journey

Show no one – your scar

You are the male version of my heart my dear king. I traded my king size bed for a queen. Still too big at times.
