Floating along, but I keep flapping

Flying above but seeing both high and low

Loco is my flow, or is that how it goes

Expressing points for discussion or restitution

Evolution is instilled, standing quite still

While the earth is in constant motion

Rivers of tears are smeared on like lotion

You can tell, cuz my skin is dry and hardened

Alarmed when desires are speaking solely

Standing more on faith, almost completely

Assured in the state of appearances deceiving

Relieved to be alive and still breathing

Enjoying each step towards impressions

Recalling movements and vicarious swings

New to some but still sung and heard before

Can’t claim wisdom, but reminisce wistfully

Aesthetics changes me from new to reborn

Mist of obscure peculiarities vaguely cause stir

Days now slightly shorter but I tarry on

Each chance is a reprieve of happenings

Fashioning me to be quite endearing to perseverance

I’m hearing my favorite song sung differently

Formality in auspicious serendipitous occasion

Testing met yet again for that precious mettle

Never muddled by confusion in losing sight

Dreams were placed in me for reasons

Seasoning and Defining my current arrival

Whether tripping or slipping or falling in or out

Circumspect of karma and kudos, I’m swept up

In dimensions of profound reasons effecting

Casually I enter but survival is most critical……

When time keeps on leaving!
